Jennifer Terzini is the Chief People Officer for Pinnacle Holding Company, LLC and oversees employee engagement, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture across the Pinnacle Family of Companies.
Jennifer joined Pinnacle in 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience spanning human resources, leadership development, operations, marketing, and executive coaching. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Jennifer held leadership roles with several Central New York organizations, including SRC, Schneider Packaging Equipment, CXtec, and Arrow Electronics. Her diverse background in both people leadership and business operations provides a unique perspective on aligning talent, culture, and business strategy.
Jennifer holds a MSW from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Health Care Administration from Ithaca College. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their full potential through purposeful leadership, collaboration, and a people-first approach.
