As Director of Financial Reporting, Dan oversees the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated and entity-level financial statements across our multi-entity organization, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other applicable requirements. He leads complex consolidation activities, including intercompany accounting, eliminations, and the consistent application of accounting policies across subsidiaries. He works closely with team leaders and entity figureheads to enhance their understanding and use of financial information.
Dan began his career in public accounting, where he spent five years serving a diverse client base across multiple industries. He then joined an IT company as Controller, a role he held for two years. Most recently, Dan served as Director of Financial Reporting for an emergency response company based in Rome, New York.
Dan graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2014 with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA. He obtained his CPA license in 2016, is a member the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
