Robb P. Barrett joined Pinnacle Investments as their Chief Legal Officer and will also be involved in Pinnacle’s Business Development. He was formerly a partner in the Business Department of Mackenzie Hughes LLP.
Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous corporations and financial institutions in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in corporate finance matters and securities offerings. Barrett has also counseled clients on regulatory matters before relevant federal and state authorities.
Before joining Mackenzie Hughes, he held various positions in leveraged finance at Fortress Investment Group and MetLife Investment Management. Barrett began his legal career at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York City. Prior to that, he worked as an aide to New York Gov. George E. Pataki.
