Syracuse, NY — Pinnacle Holding Company, an owner of a diverse family of company’s providing services to individuals and businesses, headquartered in Syracuse, NY, is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new members to its Board of Directors. This strategic expansion reflects the company’s commitment to fostering innovation and strategic growth as it continues to serve its clients and community with excellence.

The newly appointed board members are:

Mark Nardella – President of Pinnacle Investments / Financial Advisor. Mark’s experience encompasses more than three decades in Sales and Sales Management, Recruiting, Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Insurance, Banking and Lending, as well as Estate Planning. Mark joined Pinnacle in 2019 and was named President of Pinnacle Investments in 2021. Mark holds an MBA from Syracuse University, a BA from Middlebury College and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Mark has also served on the Board of Syracuse Stage, the East Area YMCA and the Utica Symphony.

Tim Carr – Financial Advisor at Pinnacle Investments. Tim joined Pinnacle Investments in 2014 as a Financial Advisor with The Cuddy Group in Auburn, NY. Tim’s focus is comprehensive financial and retirement planning for individuals, families & small businesses. Tim has been impressed with watching Pinnacle expand into new markets and businesses since he joined the company and feels as though this has motivated his entire team to grow.

Beth Eckert – CEO of Pinnacle Employee Services. Beth’s experience spans across many industries which all began with her first role at a national payroll company. This led to Beth’s first exposure to PEOs where she eventually found her niche. Since then, she has built and led Human Resources teams in the Environmental Remediation, Global Emergency Response, Union Management and Hospitality industries prior to finding her home at Pinnacle Employee Services. Beth’s vision for the company involves several key elements – innovation, customer focus, market expansion, employee development and financial strength. It reflects her aspirations for Pinnacle to thrive, evolve, and make a positive impact in the marketplace and beyond.

Dario Vacco – Financial Advisor at Pinnacle Investments. Dario began his career in the financial services industry at Pinnacle Investments in 2007. Representing the Eagle Group, Dario Vacco ranked #34 in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Advisors on AdvisorHub’s 2022 Advisors to Watch Awards.

Benjamin Quilty – CEO of Pinnacle Investments / Financial Advisor. Ben has 17 years of experience in the wealth management industry. His client’s financial well-being drives him every day and this passion translates to his role as CEO. He prides himself on making a positive difference in the financial community and allowing financial advisors to create their own vision of success.

Jeremy Kidd – Financial Advisor at Pinnacle Investments. Jeremy began his career with Pinnacle as a financial advisor working with one of Pinnacle’s largest advisory teams. Jeremy’s passion for the business helped him build meaningful connections throughout the community while bringing forward new opportunities for the Pinnacle family of companies. As a member of the board, he looks forward to building upon early successes and serving Pinnacle as they hit new heights.

Robb Barrett – Chief Legal Officer & Business Development at Pinnacle Holding Co. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous corporations and financial institutions in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in corporate finance matters and securities offerings. Barrett has also counseled clients on regulatory matters before relevant federal and state authorities.

The addition of these seven leaders represents a significant milestone in Pinnacle Holding Company’s journey toward continued growth and innovation. Each board member’s unique perspective and expertise will contribute to the company’s efforts to deliver tailored solutions, drive operational excellence, and expand its community impact.
