Beth’s experience spans across many industries which all began with her first role at a national payroll company. This led to Beth's first exposure to PEOs where she eventually found her niche. Since then, she has built and led Human Resources teams in the Environmental Remediation, Global Emergency Response, Union Management and Hospitality industries prior to finding her home at Pinnacle Employee Services. Beth’s vision for the company involves several key elements - innovation, customer focus, market expansion, employee development and financial strength.
