Pinnacle Investments was founded in 1996 by Gregg Kidd and Dan Raite, who bring over 60 years of combined experience from the brokerage industry. After a decade as producers at a wirehouse, they launched Pinnacle to offer a more personalized approach to investment management and client service. Pinnacle provides the same investment products and protections as larger institutions while delivering tailored financial solutions, including financial planning, asset management, traditional brokerage, and employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Founded in 2006, Pinnacle Capital Management, or “PCM” is an SEC-registered Investment Advisor. PCM is based in East Syracuse, New York, with representatives also in the Wilmington, NC area.

Confidential Planning was created in 2007 to specialize in designing and implementing retirement programs for educators and employees of school systems, universities, hospitals, and not-for-profit organizations.

Pinnacle Employee Services was founded in 2014 as a way to provide businesses in our region with a better way to provide payroll, benefits, and human resources to their employees. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Mark Pietrowski, Founder, had seen the administrative burden these services took on business management and discovered a PEO would be able to offer a streamlined solution.

Founded in 2021, Pinnacle Talent Solutions simplifies hiring by connecting businesses with top talent. With fairness, integrity, and expert matchmaking, Talent Solutions removes the stress of recruitment, allowing companies to focus on growth.
