Pinnacle Holding Company, LLC, is excited to welcome industry leader Adam Brown as President of Pinnacle Insurance Associates, the firm’s newly established insurance division. With over 25 years of expertise in commercial insurance and risk management, Adam brings a proven track record of strategic leadership, deep client insight, and specialized industry knowledge to the growing Pinnacle family.
Adam began his insurance career while in college as an intern in the risk management department of a leading Northeast regional independent insurance broker. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a commercial lines account executive and then assistant/vice president following the firm’s acquisition by a national broker in 2001.

In 2007, Adam joined a large regional agency, where he advanced to senior commercial lines account executive and later became commercial lines sales manager. By 2015, he was promoted to vice president, and in 2017, assumed the role of senior vice president, manufacturing and distribution risk specialist, deepening his focus on tailored solutions for complex industries.

Throughout his career, Adam has been known for designing customized commercial insurance and risk management programs across diverse industries. His client-first approach and deep technical knowledge positioned him well to lead Pinnacle Insurance Associates’ growth into a best-in-class, industry-leading provider.
